Financials for the past several years have been submitted to the OTC, attorney at law has submitted letter determining the existence of the business, they are compliant with OTC requirements, all the proper paperwork has been submitted to Florida Regulatory authorities, and it's a scam? Not from the verifiable facts, do you have some info you are wanting to share? Please let us know what the facts are so we can relay our concerns to the CEO, who responds the same day. We need to know actual facts if we are to tell the CEO his company is a scam.
