Can you provide multiple solid examples of pinks that truly went the path of using the OTC market to secure funding to grow a real business, rather than just focusing on running the stock? Surely among the 1000s of pinks, it should be easy to rattle off dozens of success stories. Even though dozens, among 1000s, is still pretty sad, I've yet to hear about more than a few.

The case against the validity of this marketplace is pretty hard to counter with logic and evidence. That's why it usually falls back on emotion and "feeling facts" to defend the pinks.

Very well said 567..we have a similar way of thinking about the whole pennyland picture. it's IMPOSSIBLE all are bad, but when some are good they get thrown in the boat with the others because it's a OTC or PINK, the new regulations are getting more strict and in return will help the REAL co's IMO

reason why when i DD a stock i dig to much because sometimes i need a shovel to see whats in their backyard, thats if they really do have a backyard instead of a PoBox or empty office then i'll need a crowbar or a jackhammer LOL !!!

Differentiating the good from the not so good is, well, Not an Easy Task. Which is clouded when they are lumped together as; "They are all Bad"

I stand behind the Pinks that I own Because I have done my DD, and very well, if I do say so Myself.
And if I'm wrong and lose, then that investment loss is on me. Because it was My Decision to Pull the Trigger.

MGRN - heading back to $.0001/share

Just like I said yesterday when the stock was still at $.0045/share

investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=65413180

The management and insiders of that company will sell the crap out of that stock while they have their original shareholders locked up.

It is an ugly stock manipulation scheme. The company totally screwed over every investor that supported that company before the 1.03 for 1 forward split and since around 10:12 am yesterday morning they have been screwing over every new investor that has decided to come in and buy their stock.

The dumping will continue and that stock will keep plummeting back down to $.0001/share. The company will try to keep pre-split shareholders locked up as long as possible and by the time they become unlocked the stock will be trading at $.0001/share again.

Maybe a reverse split coming after that?

Very sad stuff. I hope the SEC takes notice of the scheme.

Let's get real here.

Providing solid examples to the issue cannot be done. The pinks are all the same (except the ADR's). There really are no long term, shareprice holding success stories.

You wrote,

from a small business owners point of view, We are just trying every day to compete and grow, against all odds of success,

On planet Nibiru, that may be true.

But here on Earth, the majority (90%+) of pink CEO's, (pick one or all)

1) are in it to dump shares and make money
2) are in another business altogether, neglecting said pink
3) were involved in past scams or failed pink companies or sit on one or several boards currently
4) a few have good intentions initially but eventually succumb to the pink sharks (promoters and Cornell Cap types) and destroys itself
5) all say the same BS line about "uplisting to higher exchange", "financials will be out soon" or "we have many exciting things happening" "we don't know WHO is selling!" etc
6) shouldn't be classified as a TRUE small business owner
7) can't run a business let alone a public co

It's a cycle that repeats ad nauseum. Yes, they are ALL bad, lol!

However, that doesn't mean you and me and everyone else can't make money from them.

You say you stand behind the pinks (not BB filers, right?) you own...that's great, but I'm curious how long you continue to own these pinks after a huge runup or a huge tank (rhetorical).
