Hello Active,I know you are in the Navy.Thanks for your service. Are you saying that the U.S. Army doesn't dispense cleaning products from 55 gal. drums? Because if you are, I think you are mistaken.You said " that's how supplies are issued in the military. All Branches...."...You might want to check on that. Again, Thanks for your service.
