Nah, it could be way better. It could not be under investigation for insider trading, it could have only one shareholder lawsuit who's main contender withdrew from the case leaving only two left tiny losses, it could be fully reporting so people actually believe their claims of profits and cash in the bank, it could have its chairman not quit (is he the subject of the insider trading investigation?), and most importantly.....
It could not rely on some pump hit piece via seeking alpha to try desperately to prop it up every time the share price begins to tank where it belongs -- much much lower.
