No, you got it right. I too have sent 2 emails in the last week, and have gotten no reply. On the website (near the investor email) there used to be a paragraph that stated that questions regarding certain topics would not be answered to maintain SEC compliance. Aside from some basic business questions I had, I also asked what the purpose of the AS increase was, or at the very least when we could expect to find out why it was increased.
I'm hoping they considered this "insider info" and just chucked my email.
The alternative is that no one checks those emails at all...
