You are right Preacher. If we want to look back further than when the RM happened we have to look at the company that merged into us. Since they were not a public company we will have to wait for the financials to come out to give us insight into that company.
The chart of an empty shell however means absolutely nothing.
Overall we are trading much better this week (even though I am still red) It looks like the flippers are gone and the shares are being put in the hands of the longs.
Let's see GREEN today.

Good morning, Preacher and all.

Matt is the man if his words. He is not doing crazy thing like other stock did for promotion purpose. He took advantage by buying back shares instead. :-)

I see many penny stocks run mil dollars campaign for pump and dump. Here for the latest example :

Issuing an individual PR is about $200-500 depending on the service provider. I'm thinking of something bigger -- newsletter campaigns, preparing ground work prior to or in conjunction with releasing PR's. For me a PR campaign is more than issuing 3-4 paragraphs on a Monday morning, just like conducting a successful business meeting requires significant prep beforehand and delivery after, ie much more than just showing up to a meeting.

At other penny stocks, CEO's have dumped a ton of money (more than $10k) into fake PR's then sold convertible debt (discounted shares) into them. It generates very significant revenue for the CEO and screws the common shareholder. I'm not in anyway suggesting it will happen here, but I use the same criteria everywhere when I read PR's. For me, it's better to see one single PR saying TOFS has acquired a bank (real event that should be reported) than 10 PR's saying TOFS is going to acquire a bank (fluff).

We'll see what happens going forward. I'm invested in this company (you won't find my name or pseudonym on the spreadsheet). As I wrote yesterday TOFS has the potential to become a really good company.
