Good point Cassandra, glad you brought that up!!
as there is no need for the added expense of renting office space I am glad to see that WTCT is saving money by reducing overhead!! No need for an office building and not unusual at all!! A lot of startup/ small companies are going this route!! I could list many examples,just not sure it's worth my time!

Don't be so sure. I myself have an PO Box only because the USP won't deliver my mail. So I have a billing address and a physical address. I only give out my physical address when I am having something delivered. This being in a UPS store, would be a place of delivery also.
Or did you mean USP? either way it is not uncommon to have mail delivered at a box and packages delivered at a different address.
