The only point that was being made was that the company's corporate address was a PO Box.

Perhaps you should have read the post more carefully.

The WTCT office address is a PO box in a UPS Store in Arden, NC.

#151 is the PO Box number in that UPS store.

WTCT falsely claimed that it was leasing an 800 SF office and gave the UPS Store address and mailbox number as the address of this fictitious office. This was intentional deception and a clear red flag for a scam.

If Riley admitted in Feb 2011 that the office he claimed to be leasing in a disclosure document was actually a mailbox in a UPS Store, it was only after his lie was exposed in Jan 2011 on this forum:
