I waited on hold to hear that I wasn't eligable for the shares as I did not purchase prior to the 'Record Date'. I tried to explain to him that was not the case and that he should be looking at the ExDate - He said "I'll have to check on that"
At this point (when I got up off the floor) I ask to speak with a supervisor and was told that the phones just went "nuts" and someone would call me back.
This was either a wrong number on my part or this was the same meathead that replied to my last email.
