It is definitely also about Barakett and WDRP as they are named Respondents.
The AMF has the files and the computers.
They laid the Allegations and they will support them with evidence.
A Formal Statement of Allegations is yet to come.
Expect a plethora of charges including Fraud, Market Manipulation, Conduct Contrary to the Public Interest, False and Misleading Statements in PR's, etc. etc.
