Perhaps it is but, would you be paying off business partners, vendors and your attorneys with shares? Only thing I can figure is that they may be conserving every ounce of cash and/or receivables they have in order to finance unit production. Digitalway won't take chits. If that were the case, they may actually be in pretty good shape going forward.
