Frank...Thanks for your report, most of which is a fair analysis of the company and where we hope we are going.

I have to disagree on one major point. You stated that Mr. Putnam did state that the financial condition of the company is the best it has been in the last 3 years. I don't know what school he went to, but my observation is a little different.

The balance sheet is worse than I can recall and the P&L and cash flow statement is not one to be proud of.

Now if he would have said, the potential for the best financial condition of the company is at their hand, then I may buy into that.

Also, considering that they have a sizeable earnings dilution, I wouldn't take that as a positive financial condition.
