I am posting this in the interest of completeness and to avoid rumors, it appeared in the docket today. The entry surprises me by confirming what I thought was a given, which is the conference tomorrow is a hearing to decide the PI. I had not seen any indication that the hearing was to be a "Status Conference" and certainly the judge's decision on the TRO suggests the hearing tommorrow is substantive.
