As I understand it...the Courts options are:

a. Extension of TRO allowing additional time (perhaps 2 weeks) for the court to review both parties submissions.
b. Issue a PI ruling in favor of MNTA.
c. Let the TRO expire against Amphastar/WPI no longer protecting MNTA from aL market introduction.
