I don't see he has anything to apologise for and he did do a open investor conference call to address all our concerns.

It is just a shame that they have to drop 3m extra shares at this price just to make payroll.

Hopefully Thursday we will have definitive news on Canadian pharmacy dates (ie on what day can you walk into a store an buy an Actipatch or Allay product).

That is the news we should be asking Andy to deliver - he has no control over FDA process.
