"Our securities counsel oversees this process and is very experienced with the SEC." I think they may be very experienced with the old SEC. The new SEC is under a lot of pressure to make sure things are right and they are a lot more critical than they used to be. The company I work for is having the same type of problems and they are a lot more established than Virtra, so I say let 'em go at it until they get it right.
