There is a reference to the additional shares. It's in the quarterly. Mark sold over 700M shares to a 504(d) finance company that has been dumping them. Mark did the same thing earlier in the year. Among the many reasons why we had the big run at the beginning of the summer was because the 504(d) company had finished dumping. The money is being used for expansion. That's all we know. It's vague and it sucks for shareholders. Some are down tens of thousands. Others are back to their original investment after being up tens of thousands.
