#889 RE: XenaLives #888

and this brings me to something i find rather revealing

(remember my *awareness* is of a certain sector and co.s'
that came public via the ipo route <vs coming public
via a r/m into a shell> .. albeit a decade back)

and that is SS .. once i *grasped* the mind boggling
potential of p2o <where can't it be implemented> i figured
in the possibility of forward splits within a year or so
of JBI uplisting due to the demand of the *streets' awareness*

i'm going to comp jbi with google .. because i'm not
sure how familiar folks are with the facts specific
to goog's SS .. but google's execs actually thumbed
their noses at the *traditional* ipo route and the *street*
and came public via a dutch auction in aug 2004 ..

i'd like to say i remember the SS 7 years on .. but i'd be lying
i do however remember the price when goog first started
publicly trading .. 85 bucks priced below *analyst* consensus
opened above 100 bucks due to immediate demand :)

as for goog's SS
i know it was below 60M .. what i found in reviewing tons
of forms filed with the SEC .. was what i expect may also
come to pass with JBI .. a lot of form 13s' filed by those
entities who wanted a piece of the google pie <citadel &
sequoia et al> just like i expect will come to pass with JBI

anyhow keep this SS in mind when the whiners rant 24/7

in OCT of 2004 <filed with the sec in feb 2005> goog had
a SS of 57,857,182 .. (when the very first form 13 was filed
by time warner for 5M+ shares) .. by the time mgmt filed their
annual for 12/31/2004 on 3/28/2005 ... there were 114,754,458
shares issued and outstanding .. today almost 7 years later the
OS is approx 322,887,763 shares .. and most folks i've asked
all wished they'd been in on that dutch auction or bought that
first week that google went public

just as a point of comparison to another well known co. that i'd
also compare jbi's potential to (with flawless execution and given
a realistic time frame) ..

aapl <which reports tomorrow> currently has 927,091,000 shares

btw as was pointed out to me via an analyst friend who follows
the JBI *saga* .. apple used to be known as apple computer
today due to the far thinking strategies of the late steve jobs
the co. is called apple inc

see no one in the real world stays stagnant .. change is dynamic
and fluid .. funny how the real world embraces google and apple's
changing dynamics and *disruptive* technologies on a daily basis :)

just another pov to ponder over the coming Qs as efforts to obtain
JBII shares .. begin to *ramp* up ..

just a reminder .. 2 years back .. jbii's SS was 58M
today it is 68M .. considering what has been achieved
in just over 2 years .. that forward thinking says it all

jbi investors haven't seen anything yet but imo 2012
will reward those who've not only done their DD .. don't get
fooled by the fud factory .. and understand their risk/reward
time frame :)

Good article, funny it is written by Phillips Verge though, since his own company is a diluted pig, I was actually invested in this company some years back, however could not get my head around all the mergers this company was doing, so sold and moved on, looking at it today, i feel very lucky.
