The RTWW shell is still a public company. I'm not sure if Ritide Software is still a subsidiary. Since deregistering and going totally dark, it may have been removed.

There's no mention of RTWW or being a subsidiary on the Software website.

Then, there's this link I posted to a seminar given, where the Software presenter referred to the company as "employee-owned".
