In making sure I understand you, a broker tells me that I can not buy
Shares of rcch which is a fact and not an opinion. That same broker
then tells me that i give them a call and sell my shares anytime.
My next question was this: how is it that I can not buy shares of
Rcch because this causes a settlement issue, however I can call them
at anytime and sell my shares? Would this not also cause a settlement
Issue? IMO my last question was this: who then wants to buy my shares?

This seems all so confusing, Awhile back a few people told us longs how this chill is ruining rcch, They have said that this will stop trading. Now your saying that it doesn't effect us at all. Plese help me try to understand all of this. The only thing i know is RCCH has many companies under its umbrella and their will be a day that financials, reverse merger or the MM decide to be honest for once OR the dtcc tells them to cover,,I KNOW <<THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS NAKED SHORTING
