I don't think Nortel had a minimum price and I don't think IDCC has a asking price. I think IDCC said we are up for sale let the bidders set the price. The opening bid I still believe will be closer to 7 billion than any stupid 1 or 2 billion. I also do not know if the bids will be split in for all the company or for a bucket of patents and not all of IDCC. I honestly think of a total bidder is less for all of IDCC than the buckets being auctioned off that BOD depending how far aprt may well take the lower bid to have the employees protected.
