This is the second time he's done a 504d finance deal this year. He knows how it works. I'm thinking that we haven't heard much from them in a PR lately because he doesn't want to make it look like a Pump and Dump.
As long as the JV deal with YTO comes through in the next 6 months, I'll be a happy investor.
