ZaneyMan, where have you been for the last 12 months or so? This has been going on since the C/E batch of numbers were thrown out last summer. 3 months later the lights went out again and it has been pretty dark since. I personally do not consider the" in house generated numbers " offered up 1st qtr. of 2011 to be of a very believable nature either.

The same questions being asked this last few weeks were along the same complaints of over a year ago. All of them are fairly valid and should be addressed by LYJN.

What has changed over 12+ mmonths.....nothing. What has the PPS done? Nothing! If it was not for the product being of a very respectable quality, I would be real worried. Since it does not appear to be quailty related, what other issue could it be? Huge debt mounting up, margins sagged into never never land, sales in a spiral down, handing out more shares to run the business? Who knows without some reporting? Just not a good sign IMHO! CEO's that hide the books......well let's just say old Bernie M. will have a long time to reflect on his actions.

Hoochie had the same experience I had the 2 times I contacted LYJN for some information. 1st one was no response. Hanna does not want to discuss " her business ", which she also made the shareholders business via stock sales with anyone including her shareholders.

That is her right I suppose and also the shareholders right to dump every share of LYJN stock right back in her lap where it was almosts 6 years ago. It has been very apparent to me for quite a few months. Not sure what kind of drastic means it will take to wake up a CEO with their head buried in their lyrics! Guess everyone will see soon enough if Hanna can come up for a fresh breath of air and float the boat this time around!!

Wonder if Hoochie tried to get in touch with Ronny in FL with his questions?

Patiently waiting for my number......

Thank you for the advice. I have done this prior to buying a boatload of shares. The fancy website, well known stores with items, low buy in PPS seemed undervalued etc...They do have some merchandise in various well known stores but it is hard to tell if anything is selling. The jeans weren't so they turned to the jewlery.

They have no IR at all so the only way to try and get some kind of update on my investment is to contact someone from management. I understand that certain info can not be made public but a lot of facts can AND SHOULD be made public to investors.

The more I research now, the more I believe a scam is taking place and that is just my own opinion.
