Not speaking to individual investors is smart management. The purpose of PR releases is to inform the investors and the only time management should be speaking to investors is as a complete group. Speaking to indivduals runs the risk of accusations like insider info being passed, mis-information, etc.

I assume from your statement that you believe they're a scam that you're not convinced by photos posted here. Perhaps your DD should include a few trips to the retailers who carry the merchandise? Speak to the sales clerks and ask how the stuff sells. Look at the displays. The quantity of merchandise. Is the merchandise quality or crap?
