Correct....very little transparency indeed. Most pink start-ups, (and WTCT could be a poster child in time) live in the market for that reason. (to sell their stock) There was a time when the OTC:PK had a place perhaps, but the scammers have taken over. The OTC:BB should be the very minimum market for publicly traded stocks, imo.

While the BB isn't the end all, at least they have to make SEC filings and have audited financial statements. Those 2 points, and having an ungagged T/A goes quite a way in providing good transparency. (There always crooks that violate those rules, but that is a different issue)

I wasn't born under a rock yesterday, so I fully understand that many people trading pinks really don't care if the company is a stock selling scam. In fact, many use the company fluff as fodder for helping the pink stock, such as WTCT, move their stock into the marketplace. Some do it as paid from IR firms and some do it just to out hussle other traders...and worst of all...the newbie that believes all that is said on the positive.
