The biggest problem with OTC stocks is there is very little transparency. This is why most trade them instead of investing them. Investing is much more riskier down here. The probability of one of these companies going main street slow. Not impossible, but low.

I have repeatedly asked this company to move up and eventually out of the OTC market if they are legit. They recently addressed it and I have a hunch we'll see something about that in the 8K finance deal. OTC reporting requirements are shady. This company has reached a critical point in where they end up. 1 year from now we will either be reading about this breakthrough in the wall street journal or WTCT will no longer exist under it's current name.

No legit company with the technology they claim they have will remain down here in OTC land much longer.
