Why didn't WTCT submit the device to the 511 program? I ask, as you seem to know a lot about the company workings. btw: the 10q addressed the issue, but it didn't make any sense. As I recall, they wanted to do the second test in Detroit prior to going to the EPA. I may be wrong, but that logic could be a stall tactic....dunno, but I am very wary here with this company.
