Pita...It would be nice to have 511 but getting approval from a lab that the Detroit automakers accept and trust (and we won't know that till we hear the results from the Lab)would be much more important as to the validity of their mileage increase claim. If it succeeds, they then have a viable product. Viable product may mean more and better financial assistance. 511 costs money. If they can get good Lab results and better financing and they want 511...great. Right now they need to establish that they have a viable product by someone who the auto industry accepts..That would be my logic why 511 at this time is not necessary or cost effective.....jmo...take it for what its worth
