Timberline never got drilling permits. They bailed out and chose their current project to move forward with, even though it seems to have less potential. They saw the writing on the wall, as there were thousands of letters written during the public comment period, nearly all were against the project.
The exact same thing will happen if SUGO tries to obtain permits.
