Actually Timberline did get a drilling permit but they never moved forward on it because they realized they would never get an open pit mine permit. The bought the claims in Sept 2006 so it took them 1 1/2 yrs back then. In July of 2007 the completed the data compilation and Plan of Operation to the BLM.
Took them 1 1/2 yrs after submitting to get the permit and SUGO has not even prepared their Plan of Operation yet. SUGO would need to borrow more money to move forward on the permit application process!
