I don't know whether Hoffman is sincere or not, of course. Sometimes otherwise intelligent people truly believe in crazy things. Whatever may be the case with AQLV, the methodology used by the company for the "HIV testing" is deeply flawed and morally wrong.

I imagine that Ichimura, the Japanese, is a True Believer. But then the world is full of cranks with educations. And it's also full of ionized water products that some claim work miracles.

None of these products has ever stood up to real scientific investigation.
