At some point..In the remote possibility that there will be a trial..IDCC will announce to the Jury the amount of damages that they are seeking.. the actuary who reported that NEC was $400 Million in arrears, will have no trouble in constructing a $4 Billion dollar model for IDCC.. IMO.. ..Ericsson's unsecured creditors, suppliers,Banks,and Wireless Operator customers will virtually put Ericsson out of business..There will be no need for the Jury to reach a verdict..Ericsson will cease to be a viable business..They are aware of this scenario and will not be put in that position..IDCC and Ericsson will settle before there is public disclose of their enormous financial exposure.
