if you own a stock you can sell options, great strategy to enhance your gains. or you can be more risky and sell naked calls/puts. you need approval and a nice chink of cabbage in da account like 30 - 40k. you can sell options without actually owning the stock, which could leave you on the hook for some serious losses should your naked bets get exposed.
