From memory, the 100 mill order was from the Nigerian govt, and the order was cancelled due to funding/financing issues. The contract cancel precipitated the enormous stock plunge and it hasn't quite recovered. It also precipitated the change in business direction and model. Still believe we have a gem here and am holding/hoping long.
