For what it's worth: I hope Matt makes it and doesn't fall into the pink traps en route.

If he sticks to good principles (profits and taking care of his shareholders), long term TOFS can be a great company. Short term, it just looks like it's going lower. If I were Matt, I would use this opportunity to reduce TOFS O/S significantly (take it below 1B).
