I believe so. The last time they had to submit something to the FDA was late August according to the 9/1 investor update.

If Andy's contact with the FDA a couple of weeks ago wasn't because of the FDA wanting more info on Recovery, that 510(K) 90-day cycle should be up in the next few weeks also. If it was, then who knows how much longer for that decision.
