Littman, an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, to represent Marijuana, Inc. Mr. Littman graduated Cum Laude from the University Of Miami School Of Law in 1979. Since then, he has engaged in the private practice of law, with a concentration in corporate securities law and reverse mergers. Mr. Littman specializes in representing small public companies whose common stock is listed for trading on the OTC Bulletin Board and the OTC Markets Pink Sheet.
