Michaels has loaned the company a ton in the past so any profit (if any) HPNN ever makes goes first to paying him off,and with all his stock and preferred stock he is the only one who will ever make any money. I do not remember what the price was because I did not write it down. I went up there again after I noticed the first phone with a print out of HPONs Wi-fi Phone along with all the accompaning information from the HPON site. The diagrams and details on the box were identical to that of the HPON site. It was almost as if HPON went out and purchased on of these phones and scanned the box and literature into the computer and but the HPON name where applicable.
The key difference to HPON and Zytec in your description is ZyTec is selling the phones, I talked to the sales man and they have sold quite a few of them, and HPON is still in the development stage. (Meaning the China factory is not done braking down the sample HPON sent them so they can make a cheaper version of it yet.) There is a hugh difference between concept and products being sold.
