HPNN has plenty of debt.
How do you think they stayed afloat all these years with no receivables?
Michaels has loaned the company a ton in the past so any profit (if any) HPNN ever makes goes first to paying him off,and with all his stock and preferred stock he is the only one who will ever make any money.
