Agreed Catz... IMO, mediation would have to have been through the "final" round by yesterday, for this to "settle" this year.
Not worried... still VERY glad we have our heads above the water line and what appears to be enough tail wind behind us to push us to a favorable settlement.
Personally, I believe there is PLENTY of cash to pay all equity... P's in full (cash) and U's... something most would find acceptable. The stars will have line up like never before for that to happen.
Mediation is going to be, interesting, to say the least!
