Just curious. Is there a reason for not intending to comment further regarding the evaluation of possible strategic alternatives? I have my theory on why that is, but I want to know if it's the same. My thought is that CBAI doesn't want to tip its hand if they were to develop a plan.

Paul, can you answer whether or not this has been an ongoing process(the evaluation) or whether they just started within the past couple of days?

The statement implies that Matt prior to today's PR, has been commenting on the "evaluation of possible strategic alternatives". For those that missed the cut off date, it would be nice for those lucky enough to receive those comments to let the board know what was said. Thanks in advanced.

Yeah Paul, we know, it's a complete cop-out. Sorry but that PR was a joke. To say you will do something, then in the next paragraph say you may not do it at all? Come on man!! That is a COME ON MAN!!
