Thanks for confirming the signed agreement at the conference call.I did not get to hear the CC because ,I was driving out of town for a short Summer vacation.I got
confused with Gary's answer to (I believe it was the 2nd part of question #3).Anyway thanks for confirming the CA signed
by a major.This has us headed in the right direction.

Destinator..... I was just thinking that even though a confidentiality agreement has been signed that does not guarantee that the JV will take place. Since Gary did not respond to any of the questions regarding the JV, it just make me question that the JV might be dead. Assuming it is dead (which of course I hope it isn't), would EXS have to report that event? Seems there was a lot of open discussion going on when EXS was in the early stages of this deal, but since then it seems to have gone quite to the point that Gary won't say anything........ correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think he even confirmed there is still a JV in the works.......???? Thanks.....

I remember thinking, while catching up on recent posts, that some seem to want details that just won't be revealed. As CD and IR both stated, there is a confidentiality agreement in place with a prospective partner. End of story. Any more is the domain of lawyers. A JV deal of some sort would have to be PR'ed of course, but not so the death of it as it would just be another discussion that started and ended(and who believes there hasn't been a few of those). Pretty sure that if it were to die, when asked that question, it would be answered because there would be no reason not to be truthful about it. Liars put themselves on thin legal ice. There are more than plenty of Juniors where you would never get a fair shake, but I for one, don't see that here.

Having said all that, I continue the hunt for that next scrap of information about this play and naturally urge everyone else to do the same. One thing I have learned about information you seek is that it can come from the most unexpected of sources at times.
