Destinator,
I have a question also.You can kill 2 birds with 1
stone when you get a chance to answer this post and the last one.
Since you got to hear the CC and I didn't,I have a question
about the CA with the major for a possible JV.The question is:
Why do you think it is taking so long for the agreement with the major to take place?(Whether it is a JV or not.)
When the jackpot hole was found on adjacent property,
a JV took place right away. The buyout took place roughly 2 months later. It is a little over 4 months since this ageement has been signed, and so far, nothing appears to have happened.Do you think
the holdup is the N43-101.If so,Gary made it sound like the
major would make their own estimate, unless they are waiting for the first N43-101 first. Please advise.

All that we have is a confidentiality agreement. We do not have a JV agreement nor did we ever have one. Since a confidentiality agreement was never formally announced in a press release then I imagine the cancellation of one would not require a press release either because there would be nothing to cancel. The same goes for any expiration date. I don't know when the confidentiality agreement expires although I did receive an inbox from another poster claiming that it was for a long duration.

As for the other party doing their own estimates, this is likely the reason that a confidentiality agreement was signed in the first place. Though it does not make me happy, I'm even starting to think that this is the reaason that CD has not published the drill hole numbers to the illustrations on the website.

I would also bet that the major comes up with figures long before Explor does. More importantly, I also believe that any such major has access to expertise that could take into account the holes drilled after June 30th and can include them in their 43-101 equivalent because they can cut corners since they do not have to publish it like Explor does. That said, any major doing such calculations would not likely reveal their findings to our management or if they did it would tend to the lower side for obvious negotiantion advantage.

I hope that this answers your questions along with all the other responses provided by other posters. This is such a great board. Thank you all for jumping in and contributing.
