It sounds to me based on the DR news that mgt may have been asking too much for the company and have now eased on their price expectations??

I see the question marks at the end of your thought but I wish you and others might not try to assume what management is thinking or doing regarding the rumors from sources that DR, Bloomberg Reuters or anyone else has provided.

Like you and most other investors here I would love some clarity from the company on this issue but so far all we have is rumors from outside sources.

No body knows what that price is, so how would you know?

The long Longs are standing behind Interdigital managements decisions on the sale of the company until we hear other wise from them. M Partners has given us what they beleive the numbers will be. Until we have a company PR release we know nothing else. Put an order in to sell your shares at $60 to $70 and you will probably get that. I'm waiting for the sale of the company or until we hear something different from Interdigitals Management.
