I would guess that BCG already has data, and that they are discussing it with the company, reviewing, editing, organizing, all at the same time. Probably not one discrete step before another. In addition, they may be waiting to incorporate new data from other source(s) over which the company has no control. Let's hope it all comes together soon.

Dr. F: do you know how this kind of relationship works? i.e. between NNVC and BCG?

My belief is the company will complete all the filings for the pre IND, and then go forward with the trials thru all the phases needed for approval. Then once done, kaboom. I know everyone knows this but, saying it here makes it real, and the realer we all say it the closer-we-the Docs will be to getting it done. Finally, Weedie will cheer us all on to success. Its in writing-here. L

I concur noretreat. It should be clear to many that this is just a plain fact and the area of my contention.

>>It seems to me that the primary reason for the soft sp lately is simply the daily selling by Dr. Diwan. A few sold after the latest missed deadline, but a daily drip of 10-25K is a much bigger factor ... it means that on a day with a balance between other buyers and sellers NNVC will still be down a couple cents. <<

The only thing I can see is that there is no caring about what the PPS even at these low valuations, seems that Diwan will continue selling till he gets his fill. Maybe I should give him a little competition.
It would hurt me and not him, but he's hurting me and every other 'long' every session.

I don't care to even wonder why some here can't see this, perhaps they are buried too deep in 'red'.
