Why would you think He doesn't care about stock price? You do realize that he is rapidly approaching 50% plus one for control of the company. And, in spite of what some claim, he can't just issue himself more shares, at least not without losing every investor currently holding large positions. He does care, but there is that balance between quickly raising critically needed money for that cGMP, and getting the best price he can for his shares to preserve his equity and control.
