Large Green, I fully agree with your assessment of the "mediator". However that being said I suspect that "mediation" will fail and S+G will be off to trial IMO.

large i been thinking the same .this mediator isn't gonna do squat,he has a month to absorb 3 years of all this bullshiat,it's just another delay ,we need the hedgies to rat em all out
