L2V, aren't either article 26 or 29 very likely to have occurred in this case.

L2V...would be nice to see a resolution. I was certain it would occur. However, given the lapse of time, it does not appear likely.

Also, who knows, if we settled with Nok, and didn't include Sam in the mix, Sam may then bitch that we colluded w/Nok and therefore can't enforce the MFL clause against it based upon the Nok rate, etc.... Then we have to start another round of litigation, this time w/Sam.

Perhaps Idcc just resigned itself to the fact that the arbitrators will have to decide the trigger issues and both Nok and Sam (and Idcc) will have to deal with the consequences.

Sure would like to see these issues resolved so we can move on.
