Funny how you construe this story with NEAH since it looks like they are only talking to NEAH, yet hear you have a plane ready to fly without Neah's technology. ROLMAO. Keep dreaming (pumping) no mention of NEAH and obviously this plane you point out is not using Neah's fuel cell. If they were, NEAH would say they have a CONTRACT to build a fuel cell for Boeing, but they do not! Show us proof that Boeing has a contract with NEAH to validate your claim. There are many 100's of fuel cell companies out there and to think NEAH has some exclusive deal with Boeing is wrong for you to even imply such a thing.
