#242059 RE: cookstove12 #242058

Now we are back to "he said--he said", I've heard both sides of the story.

Play it how you will, I am still waiting to learn what is real.

Jeff was told such and such by James, James was told such and such by Jeff. So far in that fiasco and what was DONE for the shareholders, IMO James is leading, with the offer that he tendered for Q holders. How that would have gone without the break-up, who knows. Jeff could have done it, he didn't have any problem doing so with his group. And, Jeff is the one who received those donations.....

On the other hand, Jeff didn't dilute while Ceo of Q, for whatever reason.......but, he did NHSH..........

If Joe hadn't have gotten in the way of a merger with Centa, would that have been a good thing, with all the "he said---he said", perhaps that would have ended the same way the NHSH merger did........then what? What other plans did Jeff have for Q as a business? Would he have a business plan, now? What is it, if he wants us to vote for him as CEO, if it ever comes to a vote?

Now, we have Joe making an acquisition to build shareholder value with one hand, and diluting those shareholders into oblivion with the other...........What does he have to offer the shareholder except extinction? What is he really planning to do to help the shareholders? I'm not talking about accusations about how evil he is, I want reality.
